Sample flights
The following flights were priced as listed at the time of publication. We cannot guarantee the below one-way flights will be available when you book:
- Miami International Airport (MIA) to London Gatwick Airport (LGW), starting at $129
- MIA to Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG), starting at $132
- John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) to CDG, starting at $137
- MIA to Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER), starting at $139
- Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) to LGW, starting at $162
- JFK to LGW, starting at $216
To search the rest of the included routes, use Norse’s calendar feature to identify the cheapest one-way flight, which is subject to availability. The sale advertises one-way fares, but you can stack two discounted one-way flights to make a round-trip. Note that it’s unlikely that you’ll find a round-trip at the lowest advertised price. For example, you could book a flight from JFK to LGW in late November for $137 and pay $234 to return a week later.
The sale flights are for Norse’s Economy Light class, which restricts passengers to one small carry-on item that can fit underneath the seat in front of them, not exceeding 17 by 14 by 8 inches. The fare type does not include any extras, such as baggage or seating, so consider upgrading to Economy Classic or Economy Flextra.
Baggage fees start at $45 for carry-on items and $60 for smaller checked bags.
Maximize your purchase
Don’t forget to use a credit card that earns bonus points on airfare purchases, such as:
- American Express® Gold Card: 3 points per dollar spent on airfare when booked directly with the airline or through American Express Travel
- The Platinum Card® from American Express: 5 points per dollar spent on airfare when booked directly with the airline or through American Express Travel, on up to $500,000 of these purchases per calendar year
- Citi Premier® Card: (see rates and fees) 3 points per dollar spent on airfare
- Chase Sapphire Reserve: 3 points per dollar spent on airfare
- Chase Sapphire Preferred Card: 2 points per dollar spent on travel
Bottom line
A variety of flights are available this winter from U.S. hubs to major European cities, including London and Paris, starting at less than $200 one-way. If you have flexibility with your travel dates, play around with Norse’s low-fare calendar to see if you can finagle a discounted round-trip for under $400.
